Tuck1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Tuck ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Tuck is an AI-powered document organization service. You upload documents and our system uses artificial intelligence to categorize them and save the results into a dedicated folder in your Google Drive account.
Tuck acts as a processor, not a storage provider. Your files are saved directly and exclusively to your own Google Drive. We do not retain copies of your documents on our servers.
3. Your Data & Privacy
Documents you upload are processed temporarily by our AI to extract category, subcategory, and metadata. The extracted text is sent to our AI provider under zero data retention terms and is immediately discarded after processing. The original file and its full contents are stored only in your Google Drive.
We collect only the minimum account data required to operate the Service. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details on what we collect and how we use it.
4. Subscriptions & Billing
Free plan: You may organize up to 10 documents at no charge. Free access is available indefinitely - no credit card required.
Tuck Pro:Unlimited document organization, billed either monthly ($7/month) or annually ($49/year) via Dodo Payments. Prices are in USD and may change with 30 days' notice.
Cancellation: You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time. Access to Pro features continues until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial periods, except within the first 30 days of a new subscription (money-back guarantee).
Refunds: If you are unsatisfied within 30 days of your first Pro payment, contact us at hello@tuckhq.com for a full refund.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Tuck to:
- Upload documents containing illegal content.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Service.
- Share account credentials or resell access to the Service.
- Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.
6. Account Termination
You may delete your Tuck account at any time via Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes your Tuck account data, subscription, and usage history.
Files already saved to your Google Drive are not affected and remain entirely in your possession. Deleting your Tuck account does not delete your Google Drive files.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Tuck is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, nor do we warrant the accuracy of AI categorization suggestions. Categorization is AI-assisted and may occasionally be incorrect - you should review critical documents before relying on their assigned categories.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tuck and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice in the app at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
