Refund Policy

Eligibility

We want you to be happy with Tuck. If something isn't working for you, you may request a refund on your most recent Tuck Pro payment subject to the terms below. Free accounts are not subject to this policy as no payment has been made.

Refund window

7 days.You can request a full refund within 7 days of your most recent charge, whether it's your first payment or a renewal.

Annual plans

Annual plans are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of the charge. After that window, you can cancel any time from Settings → Billing; you'll retain Pro access until the end of your paid period, but the remainder of the term is non-refundable.

How to request a refund

Email hello@tuckhq.com from the email address on your Tuck account. Include:

  • The email address on your account
  • The approximate date of the charge
  • A brief reason (optional but helps us improve)

Processing time

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Once we approve the request, the refund typically appears in your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Exceptions

We reserve the right to decline refund requests in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or violations of our Terms of Service.
