Common questions

How does Tuck categorize my documents?

When you upload a file, Tuck extracts the text and sends it to an AI model (under zero-data-retention terms). The model returns a category and Tuck moves the file into the matching folder inside your own Google Drive.

Where are my files actually stored?

In your Google Drive. Tuck never stores document contents on our servers - we only hold metadata (file names, categories, counts).

What happens when I hit the free plan limit?

The free plan includes 10 documents. After that, new uploads are paused until you upgrade to Tuck Pro ($7/mo or $49/yr) or delete existing files.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to Settings → Billing and click "Cancel subscription". You keep Pro access until the end of the current billing period.

Can I delete my account?

Yes. Settings → Delete account will permanently remove your Tuck account and all associated data. Files in your Google Drive stay untouched.
